Are you a local business owner? This is your stage. The Burnside Block Party is more than just a party — it’s a marketplace, a networking event, and a platform to put your business in front of an engaged, local audience. And your vendor space? Completely complimentary.

Documents Required

Please submit all of the following by August 21:

• Certificate of Insurance (COI) with Additional Insured
  All vendors must carry general liability insurance and add Sica Insurance & Financial Services as an Additional Insured on their general liability policy and provide us with a copy of their COI. Coverage must be active on August 29, 2026. 
  Please contact your insurance provider and request that the following be reflected on your Certificate of Insurance (COI):
  DESCRIPTION SECTION –
  Sica Realty Inc and Sica Insurance & Financial Services Inc, its officials and employees are included as an Additional Insured the general liability policy.
  CERTIFICATE HOLDER SECTION-

• Vendor Certification
  A copy of your current vendor certification, where applicable to your business type.
• Health Department Certification
  Required for all food and beverage vendors. A valid and current Health Department certification must be submitted prior to the event.
• Business Address
  Your official business address for inclusion on our Community Business Map.
• Social Media Handles
  Share your Instagram, Facebook, or any other active social media pages so we can tag you in your vendor spotlight before the event!

Can’t Make It In Person?

You can still be part of the day! Place two orange balloons outside your business on August 29th and we’ll add you to our Community Support Map — shared with all event attendees so they can visit you throughout the day.
